Welcome to EAST TENNESSEE DRIFTERS! We're fishing in East Tennessee on the Watauga River and the South Holston River for trout, and the New River and the James River for smallmouth bass.

CATCH THE TENNESSEE GRAND SLAM!
All three species, rainbow, brown, and brook trout, can be caught in one day on the same river.  We know where to find them and how to put you on each species.  Call today for more information.

Helping Schools
Recently, East Tennessee Drifters held a drawing
at T. A. Dugger Junior High.  The four lucky winners received a free guided trip on the Watauga.  It's great to be with friends on the river.

East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia are home to the best fishing in the eastern United States.  Welcome to EAST TENNESSEE DRIFTERS fishing guide service located in Elizabethton, Tennessee.  This small scenic town is where the famous Watauga River flows through the Appalachian Mountains.  Jarrod and James are locals and see the Watauga River every day.  We are just minutes away from the South Holston River, another of America's premier trout tailwaters.  We are also a short drive from the North and South Fork of the Holston Rivers for smallmouth, as well as the New River in southwestern Virginia.

We use 2007 model HYDE DRIFT BOATS for all of your fly fishing and spin fishing needs.  HYDE makes the most comfortable fishing boat, period.  They are made exclusively for fly fishing and are the best boats on the market.
